Rick and Michelle Anderson, owners of AW Auto, have been married for 25 years and both dedicate a lot of time and effort to the business to be certain customers receive the care and service they deserve.  Rick has many hours of training and constantly continues his education every single day.  Their goal is to ensure that customer service, highly skilled technicians and quality parts are what goes into the business and that the customers get what they have paid for…a job done correctly, efficiently and cost effective.

AW Auto is family owned and operated and treats customers like family. We strive everyday to be that auto repair facility you can put your trust into.

Will Lucnik is an Apprentice Automotive Technician at AW Auto.  Prior to AW Auto, Will worked at Discount Tire for 5+ years.  He enjoys the automotive profession and is working to make a career out of it.  He is looking to further his training and knowledge in the automotive industry.  He grew up and has lived in the area for his entire life.  We are happy to have Will aboard as part of our team. 

Steve Leffler is an Automotive Technician at AW Auto, he is an ASE Master Technician and a GM Master Technician.  Steve has been in this industry for over 30 years and previously worked with Eric Anderson (Rick’s dad) at the dealership back in the early 1980’s.  Steve lives in Crystal Lake with his wife and enjoys to snowmobile and go boating in his free time.

Henry is our mascot and would love to greet you at the door!
