  • Return replaced parts for customer inspection if requested prior to service.
  • Only use industry established repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Recommend corrective repairs, when problems are diagnosed.
  • Recommend preventive maintenance.
  • Provide warranty/info on both parts and service.
  • Preform the highest quality repair work possible.
  • Employ and train the most highly skilled technician available.
  • Exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a fair and equitable manner.
